- Orders placed through eden4ever.com are binding once confirmed.
- Payment must be completed at checkout through one of our secure providers (Klarna, Swish, PayPal, Stripe, or major debit/credit cards).
- By completing a purchase, you also agree to the chosen payment provider’s terms and conditions.
- Prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) or, where available, in the customer’s local currency.

- Due to hygiene and safety, returns are strictly not accepted after delivery under any circumstances.
- Refunds or replacements are only available if the courier (DHL Express, PostNord, or another delivery partner) has not yet confirmed delivery.
- Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, the order is considered completed and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds are not issued for delays caused by customs or couriers, as these are outside our control.
